The shop was built around the idea of an open-beam structure.
The beams display shop samples. Once a year during Arapahoe's
Praire Pioneer Days Celebration which is held over the 4th of July,
we host a quilt show. Area quilters are invited to enter their quilts
in the show and during the week visitors to the shop vote on their favorite
is built upon six generation of quilters. We host a Trunk Show, aptly named "The Fibers of Our Lives" which details and displays the work of those six generations of quilters!
The Conversation part of our name provides what every quilter needs at some point - a shoulder to lean on. Whether it is help with a current quilting project or learning a new technique, there is always someone ready to lend an ear, or a hand, or offer a class or two!
